Added a second qc script based on Anderson et al 2010 (Nat Protocols) plus auxillary scripts and data in Anderson_scripts

Added notes comparing this script to the Carl Anderson Nature Protocols procedure. See [*Anderson] for comments

Added identity by descent tests plus all the R scripts for plotting that got left out of previous commits
